The 13th Baltic Sea Tourism Forum (BSTF) is one of the events of the Lithuanian Presidency of the Council of the Baltic Sea States 2020–2021.

The Presidency is focusing on achievable, practical, and visible priorities, one of which is dedicated to sustainable development as well as green and maritime tourism as an important sector in reviving regional economy, increasing region‘s visibility and giving employment opportunities to young people.

The Presidency intends to work on a new forward-looking Vilnius Declaration ‘A Vision of the Baltic Sea Region until 2030’, which will be the vision of future tourism in the Baltic Sea Region. The tourism vision will be prepared during the 13th Baltic Sea Tourism Forum (BSTF) organised by the Ministry of the Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Lithuania,  Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Tourist Board, Policy Area Tourism of the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region and the Palanga resort municipality.

The BSTF will be held 10–13 November 2020 in the Palanga resort — for the first time it will be an online event to last for four days.
