BSTC project as best-practice example invited to 1st EUSAIR Forum

The EU Strategy for the Adriatic-Ionian Region, the fourth among the macro-regional strategies initiated by the European Commission, met for their first Forum on 12-13 May 2016 in Dubrovnik, Croatia.

The Baltic Sea Tourism Center (BSTC) project was invited by the European Commission as a best-practice example of macro-regional cooperation under the EU-Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region. Representing the lead partner of the Baltic Sea Tourism Center (BSTC) project, Johannes Volkmar from the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Tourist Board discussed the state of play of the project and funding instruments with representatives from other macro regions.
