Revised Action Plan finalised

Following the High Level Group Meeting of macro-regional strategies (3rd June 2015, Brussels), we are pleased to inform you that a revised Action Plan of the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region is now finalised and available on the EUSBSR ( website. The revised Action Plan will be presented at the 6th Annual Forum of the EUSBSR (15-16 June 2015, Jūrmala, Latvia). 

The overall aim of PA Tourism is to develop the Baltic Sea region as a common tourism destination. The development of maritime and coastal tourism and tourism in rural areas play a significant role.

Activities and Actions: 

Facilitate networking and clustering of tourism stakeholders

Facilitate and strengthen the Baltic Sea Tourism Forum Process (BSTF)

Promote the establishment of a Baltic Sea Tourism Center (BSTC)

Help to mobilize the full potential for sustainable tourism of the BSR

Facilitate coordination with stakeholders through joint workshops

Step up communication for PA Tourism.
